Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

For returns due to product defects or shipping damage, Aolvao will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to personal preference or non-quality-related reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.

2-Year Warranty

All Aolvao lighting products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Improper installation.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect.

During the warranty period, we may provide replacement parts, product replacement, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
