1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

For customized or OEM orders, cancellation may not be accepted once production has started.

2. Sample Orders

Sample orders are generally non-refundable unless products arrive damaged or defective.

If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

3. OEM & Customized Products

Customized products including custom size, plug type, voltage, packaging, logo or special specifications are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Packaging photos

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our side.
